This 1857, Victorian style Inn is a National Historic Site of Senator Joseph Parker's home and the the original owner of the mill that is now home to the world-renown Simon Pearce glassblowing and minutes away from village antiquing, cafes and shopping.

The Parker House Inn is an intimate bed and breakfast considered the premier accommodation in Quechee, Vermont.

Recently and continually upgraded and refreshed in 2005-06; the Inn boasts seven newly decorated guestrooms all with private baths, some with Jacuzzis or Spa Showers. Queen and King Beds, fine linens, thoughtfully chosen amenities.

Quechee Lakes is the Premier Country Club in the area with Two 18 hole champion ship courses as well as swimming tennis and myriad activities- all of our guests have full privileges for all of the amenities at the Club.

  • Directions to property:
    Exit I-89N at Exit 1 (first exit after I-89/I-91 intersection). Turn left at bottom of ramp onto Rte 4. Proceed approx 5 miles to blinking yellow light. Turn right at blinking light. Turn left at next stop sign.
    We are the 3rd building on the left. Drive past Inn and park in lot.

    • Deposit amount required (Upon making a reservation, the guest is required to provide a credit card number or must send 50% of the total stay, or one night's lodging, whichever is greater, in the form of a check or money order. Guest's stay will not be confirmed until the Inn has received the payment of deposit, but the room will be held a maximum of one week pending receipt of deposit.)
    • Check in time is 3 PM - 10 PM and Check out time is 11 AM
    • Cancellations:
      Should you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded less a $30.00 processing fee/bank charge fee for cancellations up to 14 days prior to the arrival date (30 days Dartmoth Graduation, Ballon fest and Foliage weekends ). Refunds less the processing fee will be made for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival only if the room can be rebooked. Please note that we are unable to make refunds under any circumstances for late arrivals or early departures.
