    • Check in time is 11 AM and Check out time is 12 PM
    • Cancellations:
      If a reservation is cancelled 15 days or more prior to the arrival date, we will refund your deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee. Otherwise, the full amount of the stay is charged, one night's rate is retained, and the remainder is given as credit valid for 13 months.

    Across a country road lined with mature maples is an historic one-hundred-year old post and beam barn, a landmark in the area. This barn is home to a flock of friendly ewes and curious hens.
    The Bicknell Room - This lovely, lively two-room suite features a queen-size bed, a sitting area with sofa bed, comfy, cozy reading chairs, and a private, oversized bathroom. This room is perfect for families with children
    The Ladd Room - This traditional country room features a king-size bed with double down comforters and oriental area rugs over period pine hardwood floors.
