Cancellations:
Our Deposit and Cancellation Policy: Upon making a reservation a deposit equal to one nights quoted rate is required and will be charged to your credit or charge card to guarantee your reservation. If you must cancel at least 21 days prior to the starting date of your reservation your deposit will be refunded, less a 25% processing fee. If you do not cancel until fewer than 21 days before your scheduled arrival, or if you are a "no show" your deposit and the remaining balance of the reservation will be forfeited, unless we can rebook the room. If you cancel during a holiday period you will be charged for the entire booking unless the room can be rebooked. Because of our small size cancellations affect us significantly and we do not over-book, as large hotels do. You are guaranteed that a room will be available for you so long as you arrive on the first day of your reservation
