Cancellations:
With 14 day notice (30 days during peak periods), deposit will be refunded less a $30 per room processing fee. With less than required notice, deposit less $30 will be refunded provided room is rebooked. Late arrivals, early departures, and no-shows are responsible for the entire stay.
