Leave everything behind except the comforts of home. Relax in our elegant country setting, minutes from Bristol, Middlebury, Vergennes and Mad River Glen. All of our guest rooms are spacious and professionally decorated. Each has its own private bath, luxury bedding, TV/DVD player, wireless internet, secure locks, and year-round individual temperature control. Two have king beds and one has a queen. We use only natural cleaning products to keep your room spotless and fresh. Our rates include a full-course gourmet breakfast, made with wholesome, natural ingredients. We support our local farmers.

- Cancellations:
If you must cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 21 days prior to your arrival for a full refund of your deposit. During Foliage Season, Graduation and holiday periods, we require 30 days notice of your cancellation. This also applies to groups booking mulitple rooms. We will do everything we can to rebook your room(s), and if we are successful, we will gladly refund your deposit. Same-day cancellations, early departures and no-shows will be charged for the entire amount of their stay. - Accepted by the following agencies:
