Meadowlark Inn
1870's farmhouse on a quiet country road, yet close to all area attractions. Eight individually appointed rooms, all with private baths. Views of woods, a meadow complete with a herd of Holsteins early summer through fall, and mountains in the distance. Modern ammenities guests have come to expect with old fashioned ones that will still delight you. Amazing views of the night skies from the hammock. Beautiful gardens with a water fountain and natural stone altar. 2.2 mile walk on country lane just outside our door, or simply sit on one of the large porches in a rocking chair and watch the sunset. We often see deer and wild turkeys strolling through the yard at dawn or dusk and a nearby pond offers evening symphony in spring and summer. The Inn is Certified as a Backyard Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation.
