If you cancel within the 21 days (30 for Fall foliage and holidays) to your arrival date, you will be charged for the full number of days reserved (minus meals). We will of course not charge for any nights that we are able to resell, though there will be the $25 processing fee.

    This charming Deluxe Room features a queen and a double bed, Vermont firestove, air conditioning, balcony with mountain views, and a private bath. This guestroom is ideal for families.Just one of our many carefully decorated rooms. This is one of the deluxe rooms with king bed, Vermont firestove, private balcony, and private bath. These cozy rooms are on the first floor, with easy access to the dining room and the pool, or to the ski trails in winter.
