The inn in winter.  Bolton Valley averages 300" of snow each winter.Super Deluxe room with a private hot tub.  Our most romantic rooms, these also offer a Vermont Firestove, air conditioning, and private bath.
Sit back and relax in an unhurried atmosphere or enjoy 6,000 pristine private acres, which feature tennis courts, a crystal clear swimming pool, and miles of trails that are perfect for hiking, biking, horse-back riding or nature tours.Super Deluxe room with a private hot tub.  Our most romantic rooms, these also offer a Vermont Firestove, air conditioning, and private bath. This room features a King bed and balcony.
This charming Deluxe Room features a queen and a double bed, Vermont firestove, air conditioning, balcony with mountain views, and a private bath.  This guestroom is ideal for families.Just one of our many carefully decorated rooms.  This is one of the deluxe rooms with king bed, Vermont firestove, private balcony, and private bath.  All rooms feature cable TV and free local phone calls.
MountainTop Suite kitchen/dining area.  The sliding glass door opens to a wraparound deck and features a 5-person hot tub.One of our secluded Hideaway rooms. Walk out your back door to a bubbling 2-person private hot tub.  The Hideaway also includes a Vermont firestove, air conditioning, frig/coffee maker, and private bath.  A stairway links the room to the main inn.
This is our largest guest room, the Superior room.  It contains two queen beds, gas fireplace, frig/coffee maker, DVD/VCR, and private hot tub.  It allows for plenty of space to spread out, relax, even take in a massage!Our Standard rooms have a queen and a double bed and private bath.  Many have balconies.  These cozy rooms are on the first floor, with easy access to the dining room and the pool, or to the ski trails in winter.
This charming Standard room has one queen and a private bath.  Each room at the Black Bear is individually decorated, with homemade quilts and hand-selected decor.  One of our lovely Deluxe rooms with a balcony and Vermont firestove.  Step outside to take in the mountain views that surround the inn.
The bedroom in the Coach House/Honeymoon Suite.  This romantic suite includes a living room with fireplace, pull-out sofa, and big TV with DVD/VCR.  There is also a small kitchen, and a private 4-person hot tub in the gazebo below.After a long day of sightseeing or skiing, sit down and relax in front of our oversized stone fireplace.  Or read a book from our extensive library, grab a boardgame, or surf the net using the Inn's free wi-fi.
