This B&B is located just outside of historic downtown Staunton. In fact, you could walk to the historic downtown in 8-10 minutes if you wanted. The B&B is nice - the rooms are quaint, clean, and charming. All of the basics are provided. The breakfast in the morning is more than you could possibly eat and is quite delicious. David is flexible and will do his best to accommodate you. He knows the area well and can make great recommendations. The room was a bit warm while we were there but a fan was provided in the room, which helped cool the room. Also, there is ample on-street parking. I would recommend this place - you get a great value for what you pay.

My husband and I enjoyed our cozy attractive room on the third floor. Nice variety of breakfast options for breakfast, and we especially appreciated David's recommendations: Zynodoa restaurant, Woodrow Wilson Museum and hikes on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Definitely recommend David's bed and breakfast.

We very much enjoyed our stay and David was a very good host. The other guests were very interesting, and the food was quite good, so breakfast was a delight. You should be are that the Inn is two flights up from the street and the best rooms are on the third floor, so if you have a problem with stairs, this is not the place for you.

We could not believe how large and comfortable our room was. Once we arrived we never needed to get back into our car; everything in Staunton was a short walk away. Breakfast was very good and helped get us started for the day. We would not hesitate to recommend this.

We had a lovely time. Almost everything was booked so our room was a shared bath which can sometimes be tricky but not in this case. We were provided special colour coded towels and big fluffy bathrobes. We felt pampered and comfortable. The breakfasts were wonderful with seasonal local fruit, home baking and a new main dish each day. We were given great local information. If you're in town make sure to also eat at Aioli which is just a short walk away. The bed is also extremely comfortable and the house in general is beautiful and filled with antique treasures. We had a great time and it's an excellent value.
