Everything about the inn was terrific, t6 rooms, the hospitality, the owners, the food (breakfast was outstanding). The setting is great- open spaces yet only 1 mile form great shopping and eating in Stauton. One day was treated like a queen.

There are three porches available for reading, conversing or relaxing to the many sounds of nature surrounding Lewis Creek. Enjoy the natural beauty of horses and cattle grazing in the pastures. Twenty-five acres of rolling land abound with magnificent views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. For our adventurous guests, the barn and pastures are yours to explore.Guest's start each day with a hearty country breakfast featuring home baked goods, preserves and specialty egg dishes. Upon arrival and in the evening beverages and desserts are available in the dining room.
The largest of the five guestrooms has a queen bed with rice motif posts and bed stairs. A private sitting room adjoins the bedroom and bathroom. The fireplace is the focal point of the bedroom, which is air-conditioned.Named in honor of Thomas Jefferson, this room is on the first floor off the spacious center hall. A fireplace and antique mahogany bedroom suite highlights this peaceful room.
This room features a queen oak bed with handmade quilts, a romantic fireplace, private bathroom, ceiling fan and a large closet.Named for the bird designs appearing in the wallpaper, this room includes a queen cherry four-post bed, fireplace, air conditioning and a private bathroom.
This room is tucked away off the upstairs back porch. It has a private entrance and lovely sitting area on the porch, with magnificent views of the pastures and hillside. The bedroom is decorated in a Shaker theme with quilts and a queen brass bed. The large bathroom has a tub with shower. This room has its own separate heat and air conditioning. The four windows and porch provide wonderful views of the surrounding pastures and hillside.
