We offer first class accommodations, bolstered by years of experience traveling and staying in some of the world’s finest hotels, in addition to owning and operating a fine dining restaurant in the Delaware River Valley, Pa. Come and explore our forty-six acres of rolling hills and hollers in the Blue Ridge Mountains filled with nature trails to walk along, springs and 4 ponds to sit by and ponder the Earth’s beauty. The lodge itself boasts a Piano Room and fine arts gallery, dining room and spacious wrap around porch where you can dine, lounge and even nap in the hammock... What an honor it was to meet John and Linda (owners). They both absolutely went out of their way to make our stay the absolute best. Their kindness and hospitality are one of a kind. We could not believe the location, and were in absolute awe of the sheer beauty of their property and home. The way the mountains rise up around the property is breathtaking....This B&B was everything we had hoped for AND MUCH MUCH MORE. I can not recommend Heavens Holler enough. Anyone looking for a relaxing, secluded, escape from time, look no further.,,,,this place really is a piece of heaven on Earth. I am anxiously awaiting the time when we can return and relive the beauty of Heavens Holler, but also to visit again with our gracious friends, John and Linda.

The Franklins are not only amazing people, they are true artists. Their self made environment, and ruggedly elegance is completely unique, inviting and invigorating. There isn't better scenery this side of heaven either. Thanks Jon and Linda for providing a wonderful get away for us!

We throughly enjoyed all aspects of our stay. John and Linda were great hosts and we look forward to spending more time with them. The views from the loft suite were fabulous, walking the beautiful grounds was a lot of fun, and the breakfasts were outstanding. If you are looking for some rest and relaxation, look no further.

Inspired by combining experiences of the French Quarter in New Orleans and a Villa in Tuscany, the 400 square foot Loft Suite with its 9x14 private veranda is where your imagination can take you to another time and another world. With its breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, 15 foot cethedral , barreled ceiling, iron railings, large veranda with antique iron railing from New Orleans perfect for private dining, two person Jacuzzi to sooth the body, and romantic loft with a king bed perched at the highest point in the B&B, the Loft Suite can be your total secluded getaway.

You just might want to sleep in late when you stay in the NOLA Suite. It has a way of making you want you catch up on your rest. Set with lovely Victorian furniture and a fine 19th Century English antique writers desk, it also offers a private Middle Room that could accommodate a third person. Part of this 400 square foot suite is a hand rubbed plaster bath with a two person limestone and slate slab shower. It is filled with Fine art and antiques From New Orleans. Don't forget we serve breakfast till 11 am and can be served in your room...

Cancellations: We have a 10-day cancellation policy. We credit all cancellations to a stay at another time.. If you must cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 10 days prior to your arrival date, and we will set another date or issue a gift certificate. Cancellations made less than 10 full days before your arrival date will result in the forfeiture of your full deposit. All "no shows" or cancellations on your arrival date will result in the forfeit of your deposit. Additionally, you will be responsible for the full payment for the remainder of your reserved stay.

My husband and I had the pleasure of getting away together this past weekend. Heaven's Holler was so much more than we had expected! John and Linda were wonderful hosts that we look forward to seeing again! Everything about our stay was simply amazing. From the peace and serenity of the setting to the incredible room and delicious breakfasts, Heaven's Holler is an experience you won't want to miss!

My wife and I have travelled all over the world together and stayed in so many wonderful places. Heaven's Holler is now on our short list of "must do agains". It is a little off the beaten path, but well worth the short drive from the interstate. Once we arrived, we didn't want to leave - not even for dinner. And that was a delight. Linda and John prepared one of the best meals we've had. After dinner, they shared some of their music and their story with us as we chatted well into the evening. A great place to get away and enjoy a simpler pace of life.

Heaven's Holler is in a most beautiful setting in the Blue Ridge Mountains. At dusk, the clouds appeared as lakes in the distance and crawled up the mountain to envelope us on the porch as the night grew. We felt very much at home with John and Linda. They are extraordinary persons who's inner beauty matches the beauty of the homestead they have created and the natural beauty of the surrounding mountains. And then there were the breakfasts...Beyond delicious! Even after three days, we didn't want to leave.
