Two story suites in cottage. Some offer a fireplace and whirlpool tub, all have private baths. Several decks & patios overlooking beautiful gardens & pastures of cattle & horses. Our signature dish is Sleepy Hollow Sausage & Cheese Pie
This warm, delicious pie, served on Sundays, is stuffed full with tender sausage, plenty of Mexican 4 cheeses, sweet onion, mushrooms and green peppers. Parsley, basil and French sorrell are also added to make this dish mouthwatering. Served with sliced or baked tomatoes, fresh fruit compote or poached pears.
