    From Charlottesville follow Route 250 East "Bypass" to the light at intersection with Route 20 North, "Stony Point Road."
    Follow Route 20 for 3 miles. Look for our sign and turn left onto Breezemont Drive. Follow Breezemont, a gravel road, all the way to the end. The B&B is a white house with black shutters. Proceed to your left past the front of the house and follow the drive which will curve to the right into the parking area.

    Take Airport Road to US 29. Cross over US 29 to Proffit Road. Follow Proffit Road to Route 20, "Stony Point Road". Turn right on Route 20, travel 2 miles. Look for our sign and turn right onto Breezemont Drive. Follow Breezemont, a gravel road, all the way to the end. The B&B is a white house with black shutters. Proceed to your left past the front of the house and follow the drive which will curve to the right into the parking area.

In the event that we are able to rent your room to another guest, we will issue you a voucher in the amount of the payment we retained, which may be applied to a future stay within one year of the issue date. This voucher may be used by anyone, so you may present it to someone else as a gift.

    In the Lewis and Clark room you will enjoy great pastoral and mountain views. The Beach Room with a Queen bed and plush carpet, take your shoes off and enjoy.
    The Garden Room, perfect for honeymooners, romantic getaways, or just relaxing. This room includes a whirlpool tub and separate shower.The vineyard room with a single bed and views of the water feature, mountains, and sunset.

    Some of our guests arrive unexpectedly, but they are still welcome. We see them daily.The Presidents Room is our first floor room with a king size bed and 100% cotton sheets.
