    Free Wi-FI we offer in B&B “de Utrechtse Heuvelrug”. A beautifull location right in the heart of the Netherlands, just outside the hectic and trafficjam of our big cities (but at only 16 – 42 miles distance). A perfect base for making day-tours in our small country and returning here each evening, or just walking or cycling in our area. NO packing-unpacking every day. Only 5 miles to motorway-entrance. This comfortable detached 1970-style house, located in the historic picturesque village Amerongen, boarding the old river Rhine on one side and our National Park on the otherside is ideal for families. Within 5-7 minutes walking you will find some very good restaurants as well as the Amerongen-CASTLE. Only 1 minut walking of our house is the Amerongen WINDMILL. We enjoy to inform our guests with the needed information and want them to feel home in a relaxed atmosphere. Wi-Fi internet throughout the entire house. Guestparking available. We have 4 double-rooms:3 standard with shared bathroom-use and 1 masterbedroom with privat bathroom-ensuite. There is a guests-livingroom with TV (for use at breakfast and also evenings on your return). Our luxery masterbedroom (also available with additional single bed) with privat bathroom ensuite is only available if booked in-advance for a stay of 4 or more nights. If your arrivalflight is overnight and want to check in early in the morning let us know in-time at moment of booking.

Our house is nicely situated along the N-225 road in the middle of Amerongen-village and at just 8 km. of the highwayA-12

Passing through Leersum one enters Amerongen and find our house on the righthand side, just 80 meters passed the ABNAMRO-bank,along this N-225 road in the middle of Amerongen-village .

    We've spent three days in this B&B and it was truly the best part of our trip in the Netherlands. Mr. & Mrs. Greup were very friendly, they recommended us some places worth visiting. We were very satisfied with the services. My wife forgot the shoes and Mr. Greup was offering to ship it - it was very nice of him. I can only recommend this B&B!

    On July 01, 2010 our son and his family of 4 flew in from California. My wife and I flew in from Texas, USA that same day. We met that afternoon at B & B de Utrechtse Heuvelrug with a reservation to rent all the rooms available there for 14 days. Owners Aleida and Hans were very helpful, accommodating and provided the extra gezelligheid to our family when we were there evenings. We all enjoyed the variety of breakfast items and the conveniences of all the things we were used to at home. They made this all possible for us because we close the place down for the time. Sorry. The property is well maintained by the owners with lots of greenery and colors. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at B & B de Utrechtse Heuvelrug with its great quality service schedule for all the available rooms we rented. Hans and Aleida, we will come back to your place for our European vacations in the future. Thank you so much for you excellent management skills. E.F. Kluss and families from Texas and California.

    My husband and I spent two nights at this B&B, August 14-16, 2009 located in a quiet neighborhood in a charming town. The friendly hosts served a wonderful breakfast and were very helpful when we were having internet connection problems with our laptop. We would definitely stay there again.
