The B&B sits at the top of the small town of Tropic, Utah. Tropic also serves as the gateway to the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. The Grand Staircase-Escalante N.M. is a vast tract of land that connects Glen Canyon National Recreation Area with Capitol Reef and Bryce Canyon National Parks. The nation's newest monument is largely desert wilderness. Hike the canyons, view wildlife, explore and photograph the remote areas.

In Utah from I-15 Exit 95. Head East on Highway Route 20 at T turn right on Route 89 South. Follow Rt 89 through Panguitch. Turn Left on Highway Route 12 toward Bryce Canyon. Continue on Route 12 to Tropic, 7 miles past the turn off to Bryce Canyon. In Tropic turn Right on Bryce Way just after Clarke's Market and Gas Station. Proceed up hill, first house on left after the High School is Bryce Trails B & B.

I-15 South to Exit 95. Head East on Highway Route 20 at T turn right on Route 89 South. Follow Rt 89 through Panguitch. Turn Left on Highway Route 12 toward Bryce Canyon. Continue on Route 12 to Tropic, 9 miles past the turn off to Bryce Canyon. In Tropic turn Right on Bryce Way just after Doug's Marketand Gas Station. Proceed up hill, first house on left after the High School is Bryce Trails B & B.
