    • Directions to property:
If arriving from the airport, take the I-80 East exit going to Salt Lake City. Then take the North Temple exit which will come up right away on the right hand side of the road. Follow into downtown, and when you cross State Street and head up the hill, North Temple changes to 2nd Avenue and becomes a one way street. Go to 'B' Street and turn left. Go three blocks to 3rd Avenue and 'B'. We are on the Southeast corner. If you are driving go to 'C' Street instead of 'B' and turn left, go one block to 3rd Avenue and turn left and go to the last driveway on the left. This is the parking lot. Park your car and come around to the front of the house and ring the doorbell.

This is a lovely B&B with very nice rooms. The public sitting areas are also very nice and Debbie is an excellent hostess. The only complaint I have is the breakfast. When you stay at a B&B you expect a full, gourmet breakfast. We were offered our choice of various beverages and then either granola/yogurt or a ham & cheese croissant. Although the food was good, it was not what we expected from a B&B. In my opinion, granola and yogurt is not a gourmet breakfast.

We were very pleased with our stay. Debbie was very helpful pointing out locations in the city as well as providing a great breakfast. The location was convenient to all the sites in the city and made the last days of our vacation very relaxing.

This B&B is fabulous! Great breakfast (delivered to your room upon request), extremely clean, comfortable bed, lots of natural light. The location is ideal for downtown pleasure or business AND close to great biking and hiking up Canyon Creek (east side of the SLC Capitol)....Debbie, the Innkeeper is so helpful and friendly AND a great cook! I was recovering from surgery and she went well out of her way to help me and my partner feel comfortable and cared for. Highly, highly recommended! Debra 06-01-10

The Ellerbeck mansion was an outstanding experience! It was beautiful and clean and very private. The only thing that would have made it better is to provide a bit more breakfast.... I would definately stay here again though!
