Cancellations:
A refund is given (less a 6% credit card processing fee on refund amount) on all cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival. For cancellations made within 14 days, guests are responsible for the full amount of the stay and a refund is given only if the room is re-booked. No refunds are given for early departures.
