Stayed two days (2-3 Sept) for our anniverary. We were very disappointed with our visit. Our room was extremely dusty with dead flies all over the room. The next day we asked that it be cleaned and we returned that evening to find it hadn’t even been serviced. We sent an email with photos to the inn and never even received a reply. We expect to be pampered for $250/night—not to do our own housekeeping. The breakfast is very good, but I wish it was a buffet--it isn't always convenient to eat at 9am.

My husband and I have been coming to Johnson Mill for several years now. The property is beautiful, the rooms are luxurious, the staff are very hospitable and the breakfast is exquisite! We recently visited a different B&B that was not nearly as nice as this. We won't experiment anymore. There is a reason this has become our staple Bed and Breakfast, it is fantastic. It is definitely worth the price!

Me and my husband stayed 2 nights at the Johnson Mill and loved it, the property is beautiful and the staff was very nice and friendly. Our room had a fireplace and a jetted tub, it was very comfortable and pretty. The breakfast we got for both days was amazing! we were not expecting something so elaborate and delicious. It was a great experience and we will be back soon! :)

I found the Johnson Mill by chance while doing an online search, and decided to book it sight unseen based on their fantastic website. My wife and I were not disappointed. The room was about perfect-very cozy and very well decorated (all of them are-we looked.) The service was great-we really felt like guests rather than renters. And the grounds are beautiful (so was breakfast!) We liked it so much we shot back up there first chance we got, and it's become our go-to getaway ever since. Highly recommended.

My husband and I celebrated our 8th anniversary here and the 3 nights we had here are a cherished memory for both of us. We had two wonderful rooms that were both inviting and peaceful and the outside gardens, cascade and private lake with boats etc. you could use at your discretion with no added cost added SO much more to an already beautiful spot. Our hosts were very friendly and attentive to our needs even before we noticed them and were sincerely gratious. I cannot say how great we felt after spending some time at the Johnson Mill and we only hope to come back sometime and experience it all again.
