Set in a peaceful river valley, amid many possible outdoor adventures, the WOODLAND FARMHOUSE INN offers an affordable breath of fresh mountain air for guests wishing to get away from the crowds and enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding areas.
Only a short, scenic drive from the first class amenities of Park City, the WOODLAND FARMHOUSE INN sits as a gateway to great recreation areas.
This simple, yet charming, historical home has been restored to serve as a quiet retreat for local guests and people from all over the world.
Our friendly, welcoming atmposphere is a good starting point for winter cross country skiing or snowmobile tours and more. The summer offers fishing, rock climbing, hiking, hometown parades and rodeos, and water sports at nearby lakes.

Directions from Las Vegas: North on I 15 past Provo/Orem exits to 8th North/Provo Canyon/recreation areas exit. Proceed through the canyon to Heber City /Highway 40 junction. Turn left at traffic signal through downtown Heber City. (North on Highway 40 through town)- go past several miles of rural area and turn right at the light toward Francis/Kamas. Proceed on the south side of the Jordonelle Dam to blinking red light in Francis. Proceed straight ahead through light approx. 4 miles to Woodland Valley. Yellow farmhouse is on the right, (look for white 3 rail fencing on right hand side). Enter at upright-log gate which preceeds the Inn or park in front of garage. - Nearest major airport: Salt Lake City, UT (SLC) 55 miles

Take I 80 east toward Cheyenne and up through Parley's Canyon. You will pass Park City on your right and exit south-east on Highway 40 toward Heber/Vernal. Exit at the second exit-Park City/Kamas Hwy 248-and turn left and go under the highway. Approx.6 miles of hilly highway brings you into the Kamas Valley. Turn right at the light and proceed south to the Francis blinking red light. Turn left and proceed approx. 4 miles on Highway 35 into the Woodland Valley. The Woodland Farmhouse Inn is on the right hand side of the road. Look for white 3 rail fencing on right hand side. Enter at upright-log gate which preceeds the Inn or park in front of garage. - Meeting places:

"The South House"/located on the southern 2 acres of the Inn property/near to the Provo river/great views of the rolling foothills of the Uintah Mountains. Newer home boasts 9-11' ceilings/beautiful woodwork, tastefully decorated.
Offering a large master bedroom w/luxurious bathroom views and den. Fireplace in the great room opens in to a lovely kitchen/2 bedrooms share a full bath w/queen sized beds. Sleeps 8. Shared laundry. Add Apartment over garage w/kitchen/bath/familyroom/master bedroom to sleep 2-6 more.

Sheri loves the abundant mountain flora and fauna. She previously operated a small flower nursery adjacent to the Inn and has introduced many new perennial varieties to her high altitude property.
