Aspen Hollow Bed & Breakfast

Everything lived up to the reviews and then some. So what can we add? For one, the location is nicely situated among many one day trips and conveniently between Zion and Bryce Canyons. We found that it took 4 nights to see most of the area. Because Bryce Canyon was such a pleasant surprise, we went back for a second day. Londa can recommend many excellent drives to take and places to visit. For another, Will and Londa's place should be designated as a B&B&D because you have an opportunity to add dinner at a reasonable charge. We were hesitant about reserving dinner, but there is in fact a draught of good restaurants in the general area, so dinner at the B&B is more a service and convenience, but you do have to make a reservation far in advance to give the host time to shop at stores many miles away. Will is also an excellent chef and works hard to make dinner an unforgettable dining experience. If we had to do over, we would have reserved dinner for every night we were there. Because we had such a good time, we are hoping to return someday.

We found Aspen Hollow on an internet search. Boy did we hit the jackpot! This place is beautiful! Will and Londa were exceptional hosts. By the time we left, we felt we were saying goodbye to old friends. Their home and our room was immaculate, the food was delicious, and they went above and beyond to insure that our weekend was everything we could have hoped for and more. Just read through the other reviews and you will know that this is a place you do not want to pass by! We will be back, no doubt.

We spent 3 nights at Will and Londa's place, and was in heaven! They really take the time to pamper their guests. Everything about the experience was awesome. Thank you Will and Londa!

Fantastic hosts, complete amenities with attention to detail, perfect location for visiting Bryce, Grand Staircase Escalante and Zion National Park. Amazing wildlife and exceptional dining! THIS IS WHAT A B&B SHOULD ALWAYS BE ABOUT! JUST LIKE HOME (OR BETTER) A MUST TO EXPERIENCE. :)

If you want to be treated like a King and Queen, this is the place to stay! Londa and Will were exceptional hosts. The food was awesome, the service, fantastic, and their home is impeccably clean. Our jaws dropped when we were shown our "master suite." It was a suite alright, truly sweet indeed! In addition to the scrumptuous breakfasts, we opted to purchase dinners from them too. Don't let the prices scare you, they are worth every cent. We had the best salmon we've ever had and the ribeye steak was mouth watering as well. We also had the ribs and Chef Will has his own special rub. Londa and Will have a beautiful home and made us feel extremely welcome. We sat out on the deck and enjoyed watching the deer, hummingbirds and other wildlife, and most of all, visiting with them and their sweet dog, Sadie. If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here!

Wow, where to start? Aspen Hollow really is a special place, and Will and Londa are amazing hosts. The cabin is beautiful, very nicely and tastefully appointed, and super comfortable. It's a luxurious place. The natural surroundings are lovely and we were able to see a lot on day trips-- Bryce National Park was my favorite. Londa and Will are really warm people and truly seem invested in you having a great experience. They are very attentive without being intrusive and will make you feel very welcome. And the food! Do yourself a favor and have dinner there. Will is a chef by training and is excellent at what he does. In seeing other people's reviews I guess I don't have much new to add-- we all seem to have the same wonderful experience. My wife and I can't wait to return.

This is a wonderful place to stay and I totally recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the tourist traps. It is located between Bryce Canyon & Zion Canyon. After a busy day of hiking and being around people, this quiet place is a MUST stay. Great time sitting on the porch in the evening watching the wildlife up close. If you don't have a plan, Londa & Will will let you know the best sights to see. I felt like I was visiting friends instead of an establishment. Again, if you are going to Bryce Canyon, this is a MUST stay!

Everything about our trip to southern Utah (May 2012) was surprising! We visited Bryce, Zion, Red Canyon, Cedar Breaks and Brian Head. The scenery is gorgeous - even on the long rides it takes to get from place to place! We chose Aspen Hollow B&B after an internet search, partly because it is so centrally located to all of these areas and it was one of the biggest surprises of all. The photos and superlatives of other reviewers can't do the place and innkeepers justice, you MUST stay here and experience the comfort, beauty, warm welcome and sumptuous food! Londa, Chef Will and sweet Sadie (their German Shepherd) make you feel that this is your home away from home - except that you don't have to cook or clean! We stayed in the spacious Master Suite for 4 nights and would have gladly stayed for much longer. Everything about the room is comfortable and you are provided with more than you need for your stay, from snacks and coffee in the kitchen to toiletries in the bathroom. Will and Londa are meticulous about cleanliness and providing for their guests down to the last detail. Breakfasts were fabulous! We ate like royalty and barely needed to have anything besides water during the day, until dinner. They are very flexible about your dietary needs and tastes, so you will never leave hungry. For an additional price, Chef Will can provide a dinner that will rival any that you've eaten. The setting of this home is peaceful and lovely. Nestled amongst the spring green aspens and towering pines, we sat on the deck in the morning with our coffee, in the evening with our wine, watching the birds and deer that come to the feeders and just RELAXING! BUT, as much as we loved the accommodations, setting and food, the best part of our stay was getting to know the innkeepers! Will, Londa and Sadie are so warm and welcoming and make you feel like friends. Leaving was the hardest part of our stay and it was a tearful goodbye! We definitely plan to go back to Aspen Hollow!

I and my friends stayed last Memorial Weekend 2012 at Aspen Hollow and we love the place! It's way better than getting any cheap motels and you don't know what's in there! Price is not bad at all for the Service and Cleanliness of the place! You'll never regret staying in this place! Will and Londa are great! Breakfast is the best! Our first trip in Utah was perfect since Zion and Bryce is close to their place. - Mariel

My husband and I spent three nights here for our wedding anniversary. We don't stay at many bed and breakfasts. We were blown away by their service, hospitality and excellent food. The hosts were very friendly and by day three we felt like we were saying goodbye to family. The view was beautiful and they had hummingbirds, squirrels and deer that visit frequently. We enjoyed a nightly walk in the neighborhood. The location was great, with Cedar breaks only 30 minutes away where we rode our bikes.

my husband and I stayed only one night in September after visiting Bryce. upon our arrival we were greeted by a very friendly host and hostess. our cozy room was down in the basement of their home. also included wasa very comfortable couch, recliner, large screen TV, small kitche/bar area full of snacks and drinks. It was located in a very country setting with plenty of deer right outside our window. Breakfast was good and very filling. Thanks for a great stay!

Aspen Hollow should get an award for excellence. I stayed there for 5 days while visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. The location was ideal---midway between the 2 parks ( the drive to each park is very scenic). Their website states that they treat you like friends and it was absolutely true--it was hard to leave them. My room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. They serve a full breakfast that kept me going all day while hiking trails in the parks. I opted for the dinners and was glad that I did---the meals were were awesome and reasonably priced. Will spent his career in the food service business including time as a chef and it showed--it was truly fine dining. I have stayed in lots of B&Bs and this was the best. Fabulous bed & breakfast. Centrally located between Bryce and Zion. Aspen Hollow B & B makes a great base camp for day trips. Will and Londa are wonderful host who truly enjoy serving. Londa was very helpful working out all of the the details from any special needs to meals. The house is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Chef Will prepared two dinners for us during our stay. I would definitely recommend making dinner reservations. A real bargain considering the quality meals. I am making plans to return. Good food, great location, beautiful house, and terrific hosts. Overall a wonderful experience.

I found this B&B by accident while looking for a central location between Bryce & Zion National Parks. This is the 1st time I've stayed at a B&B but if all B&B are like Aspen Hollow then I'll only be staying at B&B in the future. Will & Londa were formidable hosts and I felt like I was visiting friends. Their log cabin is impeccable (we thought it was a new house and was surprised to hear it was 10 yrs old) and you can tell that alot of thought was put into the interior decorations and guest comforts. My only regret is that we only stayed one night and did not get to experience Will's dinner. We would definitely stay again given a chance to visit the area again. THANK YOU Will & Londa! Julia

This was the best B&B experience we ever had!!! The accommodations were excellent and the B&B was centrally located to a number of local attractions: Best Friends and Zion & Bryce canyon parks. Will & Londa were wonderful hosts and went out of their way to make it a wonderful stay. Sade was also a well mannered member of the family. The meals were excellent and the family style dining made it great to just sit and enjoy. The food and conversation was so good, you did not want to leave the table. It was also a joy to just sit and talk on the deck while watching the turkeys and deer come in for their evening meal. Do yourself a favor and and experience this adventure for yourself. The MASTER SUITE was excellent, breakfasts top notch, and the hosts charming and accommodating. Close to Bryce and Zion. We would liked to have stayed longer.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Aspen Hollow for two nights and were completely blown away by the cooking, scenery, hospitality, and stars! Aspen Hollow is a true getaway. Chef Will has had over 40 years of culinary experience and each meal was better than the next. We spent the daytime hiking and ATV riding and the evening drinking wine and sitting under the stars. This should be at the top of every couples getaway list. We plan to return again before the end of the year.

This is a great place to get away if you love the mountains and outdoors. I stayed there a couple days and will never forget the experience. The rooms are spotless, nicely decorated, and the beds are super comfortable. Will and Londa are very friendly and fun to be around. You can enjoy a morning walk through the meadows listening to hummingbirds and other wildlife. Deer and squirrels will randomly make an appearance outside the cabin. If you like adventure, you have to ride the ATV's around the mountains. That was amazing! I must say, the best part of the whole experience was Will's cooking. Breakfast is grade A but I highly recommend either the pork ribs or the the rack of lamb. You will not be disappointed.

Will and Londa share their home as if you were best friends! The setting is beautiful, accommodations are very comfortable, and the food is delicious! We highly recommend Aspen Hollow Bed & Breakfast!

We stayed in Aspen Hollow B&B for 4 nights during our vacation in June 2011. Will and Londa are great hosts. We used this B&B to start some trails in Bryce Canyon and Zion NP. The breakfast of Will is very delicious and the best start of a long hiking day you can have. The room we had was pretty nice, clean and it was amazing to be there. Will and Londa are wonderful and we have found new friends. You can relax at the porch and watch the local wildlife (Birds, Elk's, Hummingbirds) it's so quiet there. At our last day, Will prepared his Spare ribs with homemade Barbecue sauce, we have never before eaten such delicious ribs (the whole dinner was the best on our complete vacation, Will is a great chef). If we come back to this area we would stay once again in Aspen Hollow B&B.

Aspen Hollow is a gem of a find. Staying multiple nights is the wah to go. Will & Londa wondeful hosts who attend to every detail. Sadie is a precious dog. The Friends & Family suite provides spacious and very comfortsble accommodations (one of the beds is a Sleep Number bed), including a kitchenette, which makes it easy to prepare for hiking each day. The perfect location as a "base camp" for visiting Zion, Bryce and Cedar Breaks. Will's breakfast prepares you for the day. He us truly a master chef! I'm already trying to figure out when to go back.

So glad we found Aspen Hollow! Will and Londa are amazing people, and the Sadie kisses were the best! They made us feel right at home from the moment we pulled into the driveway! So much to see and do within hours of the BnB! Although we didn't get to enjoy a dinner by Chef Will, we did enjoy breakfast each morning and let me say it was delicious! We will certainly be back - we want to see the winter sights. Our room (the suite) was great - so roomy and comfy! We even brought some mountain water home with us!

If your looking for a neat, clean, quiet, better than most accommadations in the area, with outstanding meals, and a friendly staff, this is the place! Enjoy, cause we sure did.

We stayed two nights and were treated like family. Will and Londa were gracious in every way. The breakfasts were delicious, the room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable. We visited Zion and Bryce and they gave us great advice, including a choice dinner location. Our only regret was the brevity of our stay. Will recommend to friends and family!

Even though we couldn't find a lot of information on Aspen Hollow, we decided to go ahead and try them during our stay in Utah....and we are so happy that we did! Will and Londa are wonderful. Their bed and breakfast is nestled in the most gorgeous setting, surrounded with Aspen trees and has a large pond at the end of their property. You can sit out on their wrap around porch each morning and evening to watch all of the local wildlife whilst you enjoy your meals and a glass of wine - this was ideal for us! The location is extremely convenient to visit both Bryce and Zion as well as a multitude of other local attractions, such as Coral Sands. Wills breakfast and dinner were dynamite and I'm convinced that we couldn't have gotten through our long days without them! Thank you both so much for your outstanding hospitality and service. We enjoyed our time with you immensely!

We were so impressed with our stay. We had a relaxing time, great rooms, delicious gourmet meals and the hospitality of Londa and Will was terrific.
