Walk to a beautiful ocean beach... All our 16 spotless rooms overlook our sparkling outdoor pool. All rooms have A/C, heat, microwaves, refrigerators, TVs, private baths and are non-smoking. Our king rooms have electric fireplaces and dvd players. There is a daily continental breakfast of coffee, tea, juice and home-baked muffins or breads. We also have a family picnic area with 2 gas grills. We have free wireless internet available and a laptop for guests' use in our lobby. We are a short drive to shops, restaurants, bike trails, ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard, live theater, seal cruises, whale watches, bumper boats, batting cages, trampolines, go-karts, fishing, kayaking, golfing and much more! Come and Enjoy Olde Cape Cod!

Minimum Stay: 2 night minimum on weekends/ some 3+ night minimums in summer

Deposit Amount Required: We require pre-payment in full on 1 night reservations and a 50% deposit on longer stays.

Cancellations: We have a 14 day cancellation policy for a deposit refund (less a $30.00 service charge per room). If your reservation is cancelled or changed with less than 14 days' notice, we will gladly refund your deposit (less a $30 service charge per room) if we are able to fill the entire original reservation. Please note: we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. If you think there is a chance you may need to cancel your reservation, we strongly suggest you purchase trip insurance.
