I arrived 11 PM Saturday night and found an accommodating letter directing me to my room with an invitation to an upgrade at no cost the following 2 nights. The breakfast the next morning was a mushroom/cheese omelet with bread and marmalade all made from ingredients on the farm. The rooms were charming with comfortable beds. I plan on staying here next time I visit Boston.

My husband and I decided to stay last minute. We had an amazing stay - comfortable bed, clean room, great Jacuzzi bathtub and warm hospitality. Fresh farmhouse breakfast in the morning made the trip. Can't wait to return in the Spring.

A group of us stayed in this place for a weekend, for our many years after high school reunion :)..The cottage was warm and cozy and we really enjoyed the little kitchen there..Rooms were well decorated and breakfast was really delicious ( the home made omelette specially). We also visited the area in october, what I would call the "best time of the year in New England". The routes and nearby places offer great sceneries of fall foliage; we enjoyed walking through a nearby trail as well..overall a great place to stay, owners are friendly and ready to help and the price is reasonable..

Our daughter and I had a lovely stay at the Arabian Horse Farm Inn. It was truly an amazing and unique experience from our arrival to our departure. We thank you, Rick, for sharing your wonderful home and grounds with us. Tranquility at a time when it was needed most.

The proprietor was very helpful and friendly. The power had gone out, which was beyond their control. However they were still able to prepare a wonderful hot breakfast despite there being a power outage. Good stay & would definitely recommend staying in the main house.

We stayed at the charming inn for a weekend in October 2014. Our suite was spacious and well equipped. From the bedroom with it's king canopy bed, fireplace and seating area to the wet bar with refrigerator. There was a lovely large balcony with lounge chairs leading off the wet bar area. The bathroom facilities are broken up into two rooms past the wet bar. The first room contains the toilet, double sinks and vanity. The second room has the glass shower stall and oversize whirlpool tub, plus two chairs. Our breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious with bacon, sausage, eggs, English muffins and more. The nine acre property has a trail around the perimeter that passes the horse pastures and we were able to feed the horses with the carrots supplied by the hosts. Our hosts Rick and Joan were warm and welcoming and happy to recommend a nice place for dinner. I would highly recommend staying here and we will probably return.

This is a wonderful little bed and breakfast with a cozy fireplace, friendly hosts, and a convenient location. We dined at Blue Ginger for my husband's birthday. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely be back.

This year was the third stay I have had at the Inn on the Horse Farm. I will stay there whenever I am in the Boston area. Seven acres of peace and serenity. I discovered the Inn is less private in the winter. My previous stays were more secluded by the leaves covering the perimeter of the farm. Being able to see surrounding properties was fine, but I did miss the feeling of privacy the foliage provides. My room was wonderful. Four poster bed, sitting areas, and wonderfully decorated Inn period pieces of memorabilia. Last year I included a trip into Boston and found it very convenient drive. This year my stay was just in Sudbury and my sight seeing and dinning experiences were just fine. I love the Horse, Farm, and Inn pace as a chance to relax. Looking for fast paced stress, don't stay here. Larry Earl Wraight

The Inn on Horse Farm is located on a beautiful setting with plenty of places to wander and sit outside. My one and only complaint is the amount of perfumed air fresheners or cleaning products. I have allergies and could not breath well in the morning.

Our first love is the caretaking of this delightful spot, and caring for the pets we have and the wildlife that is around us. Rick is an antique car buff, and has restored many vehicles: 1956 T-Bird, 1929 Essex, and a 1952 Ford Pick-up with wooden side rails, decorated with the Inn's logo. He plays golf whenever the occasion arises! I love to play tennis and plan parties! If you wish to celebrate something here at the Inn, a family reunion, a birthday, a wedding, call me!
