Our first visit to Casa de Suenos was wonderful!! Our innkeeper, Lisa, was welcoming and attentive to our needs. We stayed in the Saragossa on the first floor. It is a spacious room with a large hot tub. Although the close to the dining room, it was very quiet. Wonderful breakfasts and coffee always available among other things! Perfect location to the old city. We already planned our next trip!

We felt so comfortable and welcomed. The food and service was wonderful. Our room was cozy and very clean. We also used the free passes to the light house!

Inn keeper went out of his way to ensure our late night check-in after our wedding. The downtown location and convenience were second to none.

First, I'm a tough critic. I only took those two categories down from Outstanding to Exceeded my expectations because... NO the room wasn't brand new. This is a vintage home and they did a great job with each room. You never know what you'll get when you find a place to stay on the internet. This one is a gem and the staff was amazing. It seemed like they just thought of everything down to complimentary rain poncho's. The breakfast was gourmet. The social hour was great to meet and greet other guests over a drink or two. The bedtime deserts were amazing. If I was to ever run a B&B this is how I would run it. Thanks for the use of the bikes... we had a blast on them. Keep doing what your doing. We will be back for an Anniversary. Don and Tai!

Perfect get-away! The innkeepers were friendly and accommodating; the rooms/beds were very comfortable; the access and availability to Old Town was too convenient; but our favorite thing was to corner balcony!! We even sat under the umberella on the balcony durning a pretty steady rain. WONDERFUL!! BUT, I was told that the oatmeal recipe was on the website and I can't find it anywhere! Loved that oatmeal!!!
We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay...and the Baked Oatmeal! I would be happy to send you the recipe if you wish...just give us a call and we can email you the recipe right away.

They made us feel at home and even allowed us to warm up our restaurant leftovers. We did a couple of minor glitches like the alarm going off our first morning and having some problems with the TV remote. And more items on the menu breakfast woud be better but it was a positive experience.

My wife and I selected this B and B after an extensive search for a week long stay in St. Augustine. The location, the staff, the meals, the guests and our time there was so thoroughly enjoyed. I would recommend this to anyone! We stayed int he Valencia suite with an awesome bathroom and balcony. The history of the place is awesome too. I highly recommend.

Casa de suenos is a charming bed & breakfast with incredible food & even more incredible staff. They were very welcoming & there for our every request, yet gave us enough space to enjoy quality time as a couple celebrating our anniversary. The large, private back patio was a great added feature, where nightly we saw horse & carriages go by, as well as passing groups of people on ghost tours. We had a wonderful time at Casa de Suenos, and I would highly recommend it!
Granada is our newest guest room, located on Casa's first floor. It is a sunny room, with a king, French doors, and a barrel ceiling. The windows have Bermuda shutters, the furnishings are comfortable and eclectic, and there is a mini refrigerator. The private bath has a shower.
At Casa de Suenos, understated elegance abounds in this small but unique second floor room. Cordova features a distinctive wrought iron queen bed. Through French doors are an oversized two-person garden whirlpool tub, a walk-in shower and a sink, and there's a second sink and toilet in a separate room. French doors lead you to a large secluded east-facing balcony overlooking the room's namesake Cordova Street where horse drawn carriages pass by.
One of Casa de Suenos' most requested rooms, Valencia is a romantic escape with plush textures and a "Hemingway" theme. This large second floor room has a king bed, spacious bath, whirlpool tub for two, and separate shower. It has the largest balcony of any Casa room, on the corner which overlooks Saragossa and Cordova Streets, affording a commanding view of the Old City which surrounds Casa.
Located on Casa de Suenos' second floor, Sevilla is a large room, furnished with a king bed and a small work desk. The two-person garden whirlpool tub has a bejewelled chandelier overhead, and the bath also features a walk-in shower. Double French doors open to a private south-facing balcony overlooking Saragossa Street.
Castillo is on the second floor, not too large but appointed for maximum comfort and offering great serenity. There is a California-king bed, which is slightly narrower and longer than the traditional king bed size. A quaint "Juliet balcony" opens from the bedroom, for fresh air and a peek outside. The private bath has the largest shower in the inn, with two shower heads. This room welcomes you with a sophisticated and sleek decor.
Saragossa is one of our newly added guest rooms, located on the Inn's first floor. It features a queen bed and wood floors. The bathroom has a two-person jetted garden tub with a chandelier overhead, in addition to a walk-in shower.
Nieves is a first floor handicap accessible room, with a private entrance via a ramp from outside in addition to its entry from the main hall of the Inn. This secluded and private room, decorated in warm hues, features a queen bed plus a love seat which converts into a twin sized sleeper. Enjoy the bright lighting and wood floors. The bathroom has a triple wide shower which is wheelchair accessible, and there are grab bars throughout the bathroom.
