We arrived in mid-April 2012 to take over as the new innkeepers at Follansbee Inn! Our journey began the prior Fall when after one visit to Follansbee, with its magnificent setting on Kezar Lake, we were inspired to move from the heart of Cajun Country in Louisiana to New England. Come join us to enjoy Southern-spiced New England charm in one of the most beautiful spots in New Hampshire!
Our guests enjoy a delicious and hearty breakfast, influenced by the Innkeepers' Louisiana heritage. Entrees range from down home cookin' (baked cheese grits, praline bacon, pecan buttermilk waffles, stuffed French toast) to succulent masterpieces ( John Besh's Angel Biscuits, Asparagus, Smoked Salmon, and Gruyere Cheese Omelets, Eggs Beatrice, etc.). Guests can choose to dine alone at one of our two-top tables, or dine with a group of four to eight at one of our larger dining tables.
