The St. Bernard Lodge, with it's knotty pine interior and turn of the century decor, is a historic, four season resort. The warmth and comfort continue as you enjoy your favorite beverage and play a game of pool in the newly redecorated bar. With rose wood pub tables and comfortable chairs, the tavern is a perfect place to relax and visit with other quests. Dine in casual elegance in our dining room. Close to SW entrance of Lassen Park and Lake Almanor. Great place to relax after a day of hiking, biking, fishing or boating.

Jim and Sharon are great hosts. Dining is fantastic, Jim is awesome with the grill. Bar, pool table, darts, etc. added extra entertainment. I would stay again for sure!

My dad and I had a great time at the St. Bernard Lodge. The food is delicious, and you're getting a great deal for your dollar. It was easy to find, the rooms and bathroom (shared with other guests) are very clean. This is an older place, but this adds to the charm. We would definitely come back, especially given the proximity to the park entrance.

Eleven of us stayed here in February to stage for a 2-night snow-camping trip to Ridge Lakes. The rooms were very nice and comfortable and the food was great . . . especially the breakfast buffet! The hosts were friendly and very welcoming. I would definitely go back again if I was going to be in the area.

If you want to get away from modern life this is the place but there is wi-fi. Nice old stye lodge with very friendly and welcoming hosts. They also have very good local knowledge to advise on walking etc. Excellent food in morning and evening.

We stayed in the bluebird room. This little lodge is amazing! They serve the best dinner and breakfast you need after or before your hikes with a smile! Location is perfect and I like the antique look. You can feel the history through pictures and stories! We really had an amazing time here and the bed is enormous!

The rooms and price were great but what makes this an amazing place to stay is the Service! The owners are really nice people and took great care of us.

Great stay and food! The owner had great suggestions for things to do around the area, plus places to stop and see as I headed out toward my next night. Highly recommend, and I'll be back next time I'm at Lassen!
