Cancellations:
We are a small family owned Inn and cancellations greatly affect our business. If you find it necessary to shorten or cancel your reservation, please contact us 30 days prior to your reservation. The non-refundable $50 deposit charged at the time of the reservation will serve as your cancellation fee. However, reservations cancelled within 30 days of your arrival will result in a charge equal to 50% of the value of the reservation. An unused reservation not cancelled or a shortened stay once you arrive will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reservation. Cancellations for holiday weekends and IPNC (generally third weekend in July) will also result in a charge equal to 100% of the reservation.
