LE TORRI DI BAGNARA - Historic Residence
In the centre of the small, hilly and fairly untouched region of Umbria, close to Perugia, 30 min. drive to Tuscany, overlooking a wide part of the northern Tiber Valley, also called “Museum Valley” because of its beauty, art and culture, “ Le Torri di Bagnara” is an exclusive country resort made of a complex of Medieval historic residences, which stands inside a 1.500 acres/600 hectares working Farm , crossed by the Tiber River and dotted with small lakes, brooks and medieval castles,animal growings, hunting reserve.
The 11th century Abbey has been restored to a luxury hotel with 4 rooms and 3 junior suites, with restaurant, panoramic terrace, church, botanic garden, parking areas.
The 12th century Tower is perched high on the hill, surrounded by a large garden with lovely olive and fig trees, broom and lavender bushes, and contains 4 apartments with all compfrts, beautifully decorated with ceilings with frescoes, arched Romanesque windows and arches, and with wonderful views to the countryside; with common laundry & reading room, panoramic terrace, terraced garden with fully equipped barbecue area, covered parking.
There is a large panoramic sea salt water pool (120 sqm), in the shape of a fan amidst a beautiful large garden (5.000 sqm), made by a landscape architect, with many kind of flowers, cherry and olive trees, overlooking the valley with views of Mount Subasio and Assisi; there is a Botanic garden also.
The Restaurant offers a delicious Umbrian Cookery, using the Products of the farm. Pasta, Cakes & Bread are home made.
Guest may also enjoy the Bar service and the various additional activities.
Nearby: Tennis courts, the famous "Antognolla" Golf club, villages with all shops. The property belongs since 1901 to a noble family descendant from Emperor Napoleon I. The family pride itself in welcoming Guests and offer 1st class hospitality.

Take the GRA freeway towards "Florence"(north direction) and follow the signs per "Highay A1". Take it north direction towards "Florence" and leave it at the exit "Orte". Then take the freeway E45 (Orte-Ravenna), north direction, towards "Cesena"; make around 1 hour drive and leave it at the exit "Resina"

ABBEY ROOMS:
From Reservation to 16 days before Check In 0% cancellation fee. From 15 days before Check In to 0 hours before Check In, you loose the 30% deposit.
In high season, deposit is reimbursed only for cancellation made within 28 days before check in.
APARTMENTS:
Reservation deposits for bookings cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival date will be returned. Deposits for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date cannot be returned.
During Holidays cancellations must be made 45 days or more prior to arrival date.
