My wife and I booked this adorable farmhouse for our anniversary weekend. It is meticulously maintained, beautifully furnished and an absolute joy to stay in. There are a ton of personal little touches that make it feel like a home and the seclusion and peace of the surroundings is ideal for a romantic interlude with your loved one. The owners are exceptional hosts, making sure that you are well taken care of during your stay, the beds are soft and comfortable, town is nearby with some surprisingly good restaurants and the setting is idyllic and near perfection. If you are looking for a great place to get away and enjoy some amazing quiet couple time away from the everyday bustle, disconnected from your electronic leash, I cannot think of a place I would recommend more than this great little property in East Texas. Missing it already! Roger and Donna

My husband and I stayed at the Farmhouse the first weekend in November. The trees were starting to get colorful, the weather was PERFECT, and the Farmhouse was absolutely wonderful! What a charming place! I was in love with it the moment I stepped in the front door, with a nice note from Bonnie taped to the front door and homemade cookies on the beautiful old table. Bonnie and Don were such sweet, thoughtful hosts, concerned at all times whether or not we were happy and had everything we needed. We will definitely go back SOON! I can't wait!

This is my favorite place to stay in Winnsboro. The Farmhouse is so comfortable and spacious. The quaint setting is simply perfect and the hosts are so helpful and accomodating. The scenery cannot be duplicated, and we loved being able to roam about the property. I LOVE this place and can't wait to come back!

I had the privilege of having an extended stay at "The Farmhouse" during a job transition period. Staying there was like my home away from home. Everything I needed was there-with a perfectly stocked kitchen, soft fluffy towels and sheets and satellite TV! I loved relaxinig in the evening on the front porch and enjoying the sounds of the country. Bonnie was a terrific host and was always attentive to my needs yet allowed me total privacy during my stay. This is a great Bed and Brakfast and I would recommend it to anyone.
