A peaceful setting, soothing hot tub, delicious meals, free wi-fi and accommodating hosts await you at Dogwood Hill B and B. Located six miles north of I-20 and just four miles from Tyler State Park, Dogwood Hill is easy to find but feels away from it all. Each room has a comfortable queen-size bed, luxurious robes, a private bath with tub/shower, satellite TV, air-conditioning and ceiling fan, hairdryer, extra pillows, and other amenities. (The upstairs efficiency has a complete kitchen.) We will greet you with refreshments, provide advice about local sites and restaurants, and let you unwind your way, whether it is sitting on the porch or hiking in the woods. Made-from-scratch breakfast is timed for your convenience and even can be served on the porch if weather allows.

Tony and Linda were gracious and welcoming. It felt as if we had known them for years! Our rooms were spotless and the bed was perfect. After a good nights sleep, we were greeted with a scrumptious breakfast. I am impressed with how clean everything is. With this being only an hour and a half from Dallas, we hope to return many times. Thank you for a wonderful and accommodating stay.

This is our second year at Dogwood Hill. It is very close to the Pines and allows us a wonderful night before we pick up our camper. The food and atmosphere are great. The desert and hot tub are an added bonus. We are thinking 2 nights next year. Thanks Linda and Tony for a great visit.

We so enjoyed the quiet and privacy. Everything was so clean and neat, with a surprising amount of storage for belongings--or the fruits of your trips to the many choices of shopping in the area! Amazing food presented beautifully at a time of your choosing, comfortable beds, beautiful surroundings, super host and hostess, and all this for reasonable prices! Thank you, Linda and Tony,

Dogwood Hill B&B is an amazing place! It is nice and new and clean. The property is quiet and lovely with a wrap-around porch, plenty of seating, a hot tub, a short hiking trail around the property, and blooming dogwood trees in the spring. The rooms are simple- not stuffy with antique trinkets- but tastefully and comfortably furnished. We have stayed in both downstairs rooms. Each has a private indoor and outdoor access. Both have very comfortable queen-sized beds (with NO taco mattress!). The private bathrooms are nice with immediate hot water. Tony and Linda are gracious hosts. You will be greeted with a luscious fruit, cheese and dessert tray. You get to choose your breakfast time and breakfast is delicious and lavish. You will not leave hungry! Linda is sensitive, careful to gauge if you want to converse over breakfast or be left alone. She is knowledgeable, not only on Tyler attractions, but also in other regions. (She had some great tips for our upcoming trip to North Carolina.) We stayed in April 2012 and enjoyed Tyler’s azalea festival, and again in February 2013 when the daffodils were in bloom at Ms. Lee’s Daffodil Farm.

pecan bread French toast.
Yummy! Made with pecan bread from Corsicana's famous Collin Street Bakery and served with toasted sugared pecans and syrup, along with fresh fruit, eggs, sausage and bacon. We also make French toast with Italian bread (served with apple-raisin compote).
