Carmine is located exactly half-way between Austin and Houston, Texas. From Highway 290, turn south on Haupstrass (one of two crossovers on Hwy290),Heritage Haus is located at the curve of Haupstrass and end of Heritage Street. You cannot miss it once you make the turn off Hwy 290. The large 2-story Victorian which is easily seen and accessible when coming from Hwy 290 on Haupstrass. We are 16 miles from Brenham, 8 miles from Round Top, 2.5 miles from Big Red Barn Antique Show and surrounded by many small towns and several antique shoppes.

Take the street to the left of the City Park where it Y's. If you miss it, turn left at first street to get to Heritage Street.

Cancellations:
Regular stays - cancellations are 48 hours prior to arrival date. During Antique Shows, the balance is due no later than the first of the month before the Antique Show (will be March 1st for the Spring shows and September 1st for the Fall shows). Deposit can be refunded only if cancellation is made before the final balance payment, less a $25 processing fee per room. Unless special arrangements are made, we require a credit card (MasterCard or Visa) number to automatically bill the final balance payment on the dates shown above. No refunds will be made for any cancellation after the final balance payment.
