I loved staying at Nettles Nest. I would definitely go back. It was a great place to stop over for the night and I would consider taking an extended family vacation there. As soon as we got there the kids took off and explored the lake and woods. After the car trip, that was definitely worth it. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. We have 3 kids, but we didn't feel crowded. I'd much rather stay at a BnB like this than go to a hotel. It is relaxing to have so much space to yourself. Gwen was a great host. She helped us to get settled in even though it was after 11pm when we arrived. I loved how the fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks for us. Overall, it felt like home.

Terrific! Absolutely loved the peace and quiet. We felt so secure facing the lake with the woods at our back. We enjoyed the trails and adventure of geochaching between rounds of Horseshoes and paddleboating. Thank you Gwen for the perfect breakfast of fruits and cinnamon rolls & for stocking the fridge with drinks, as well as setting us up with popcorn for movie night! You rock, We loved it. Everyone should 'get away' to Redwater.
