We had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights and fell in love with the area and the Schumanns. They were wonderful hosts. I am reluctant to give it such a glowing review for fear they will become too busy to get a reservation in the future. But it was a great place to go and get away from the rat race. Thank you for allowing us the pleasure of staying with you. Cannot wait to go back. God bless. See you, we hope. Sherry and Dale.

Directions to property:
Between Stonewall and Blanco on 1623, go to Albert (Williams Creek)and turn on Schumann Road (paved County Road). Proceed down this road for 2.5 miles, and then turn left on Schumann Lake Road (caliche/red granite road). Proceed on Schumann Lake Road for 1.8 miles to Circle S Ranch, and immediately after crossing cattle guard, you will see a sign and a green cottage on the left side. This is SCHUMANN CREEK COTTAGE.
