Lonesome Dove Lakeside Retreat is a very private getaway. You will enjoy the peaceful, quite and relaxing atmosphere of the Country. Listen to the birds sing and watch the deer eat right out your back door. Bring the kids….there is a lot to explore in the area such as Krause Springs, Cypress Creek Canopy Tours, Wine Tasting at one of the local wineries such as Spicewood Vineyards or maybe take a ride to Marble Falls and challenge the kids to a game of Put-Put or indoor bowling at Rockhoppers. If you are lucky, you might get to see the famous Marble Falls Boat Races!
The Texas Style living area has a large screen, flat-panel television and DVD player to allow for leisurely movie-viewing after a day of wine tasting, canopy tours, golf, swimming in a spring fed pools or just leisurely walks by the lake. The fireplace provides cozy warmth in winter or will add the final touches of your romantic evening. The large kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, blender, and all needed cooking and eating utensils. There is also a propane gas grill on the deck along with a smoker. Next to the dining area, there is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Full Concierge Services are available to make your stay truly a memorable stay with services like refrigerator stocking, in-house massage & spa services, flowers, wine & cheese baskets—anything is possible!!

Directions to property:
Lonesome Dove Lakeside Retreat is located in Spicewood (between Austin & Marble Falls) Please refer to your Texas map for the best way to get to the intersection of Hwy 71 west and RR620--Bee Cave (Northwest of Austin) as we are giving you directions from this point. Take 71 West about 13 miles and you will come to a stop light and then cross over a large bridge (Pedernales River). Go 1.8 more miles after the bridge and turn Right onto Paleface Ranch Road. (don’t be confused by a subdivision before this called Paleface Ranch--that is Oscar Road). Follow Paleface Ranch Road about 4 miles and you will come to a stop sign. Take a Right at the stop sign (Haynie Flat Road) and follow this road about 3 miles. Once you enter Nauman’s Point Subdivision, it will be the 2nd driveway on the left. It is a gravel driveway with a large white rock at the entrance with the numbers “24116” on it. The house is set back in the woods area. The actual address is 24116 Haynie Flat Road.

Cancellations:
A $50.00 Cancellation Fee shall be charged if you cancel once reservation has been made. If less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given then the Full amount of reservation will be charged. If you leave early or are a “no-show”, you will be charged for the Full amount of the reservation. Cancellations must be made by phone (person to person). No voice mails or e-mails will be accepted for cancellations. All scheduled Massages must give a 72 hour notice of cancellation or full amount of scheduled massages will be charged.
