We have stayed at this lovely cottage several times and can't imagine staying anywhere else when we are visiting the Houston/Seabrook area. The cottage is ideal when we are traveling with our elderly mom and gives everyone much-needed privacy and a place to relax. We enjoy being close to activities and area sites, but tucked away in a quaint, walkable neighborhood where we can relax after a day of site seeing. The Old Parsonage is a charming and comfortable Seabrook destination.

I've stayed in several B&Bs all over Texas and The Old Parsonage has GOT to be one of my very favorites of all time! In fact, if I stay in an area 2 or more times I usually stay in different B&Bs just for the variety. However, the next time I was in the Kemah/Galveston area I didn't want to go anywhere else but The Old Parsonage. The guest house is such a cozy home away from home and so tasteful decorated. For the money you'd be hard-pressed to find ANYTHING that comes close to rivaling the amount of room, the level of decor and amenities. I truly felt like my comfort was a top priority. When Hurricane Ike came through I was concerned that it would shut down the Old Parsonage for good. I'm SO glad they are open for business again! I hope to make another trip there soon!

From the moment we pulled onto the quite neighborhood street we new this place was something special. After being welcomed by the Parsonage's preacher pelican out front, we were astounded by the attention to the finest details like the fresh flowers on the table, breakfast foods and drinks in the fridge, a basket full of wonderful afternoon snacks and to top it off there were bikes for an evening ride nestled among the shade trees in the beautiful backyard. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the fresh breeze or you can take a leisurely walk or bike ride to visit the neighboring shops. There is something to do for all ages at the Parsonage House. Come and see what it's like to have your every whim catered to!

We just loved it. This cottage is just the best, so comfortable, quiet, and inviting. My daughter who is 11 said it was one of her favorite places. We fished off the pier, met the nicest people, shopped at the boutique next door had a wonderful time. We will certainly return. We thought the bed and pillows were so comfortable we purchase the same items for our home here in Austin. The grounds are excellently maintained, the house furnished and clean to a tee. Highly recommend¿ The restuarants were mediore do not have one to recommended.
