The owners of this B&B go out of their way to make your stay one you'll remember and want to come back. Add, Los Pinos, ( http://lospinosranchvineyards.com/ ) the local winery, a 2 or 3 minute drive and you're weekend is set. Gourmet breakfast delivered to your door, clean, comfortable, well maintained rooms at a reasonable price. KA and SA

We are located 13 miles north of Gilmer and 6 miles south of Pittsburg, TX off Highway 271. You will see a Los Pinos Winery highway sign (blue reflective sign) just before coming to County Road 1332 (S&S Roofing building is on the NW corner). Go west on County Road 1332 and follow the road, about 1 mile. You will see a Lavender Mermaid sign on your right, take a right just past the sign and go over the RR tracks - follow the road up to the main house and cottages.
