Tucked away in true, unspoiled Texas Hill Country, the charming rustically gracious inn offers the very best in Texas Hill Country bed and breakfast lodging. Hosts Raye Carrington and her husband David Jones have deliberately designed their daily hands-on operation to provide each guest the very best in friendly, thoughtful Texas hospitality. Raye and David know that attention to detail and comfort really do matter. What prompts our guests to return again and again to this paradise on the Llano River? They tell us it is the beauty and proximity of the river, fields of spring and summer wild flowers, easy private access to a river perfectly suited to fly fishing, long stretches of river for quiet kayaking and canoeing, miles and miles of country roads for mountain biking, the profusion of birds and wildlife drawn to our shaded water and feeders, nighttime skies filled with stars that seem close enough to touch and David’s delicious generous country breakfasts. Whatever the reason there is magic in the peaceful riverfront setting.

Your deposit will be refunded in full if notice of cancellation is received fourteen days prior to arrival or if we are able to re-book the room. On holiday weekend reservations and for multiple room reservations, we require notice of cancellation twenty-one days prior to your reservation.
