Built in 1995, the Bella Vista Carriage House is a lovely blend of comfort & nostalgia. Perched at the top of a gradual slope to the bank of the San Marcos River, it provides a beautiful, parklike setting for a relaxing "get-away from it all".
The house features a large downstairs living area, queen-size sofa bed, kitchen with microwave & mini-refrigerator, dining area, and bath with a large tile shower. The upstairs loft bedroom has a sitting area, queen-size sleigh bed, 1/2 bath-dressing area, and a beautiful view from the large windows in the open gable dormer.
There is a covered porch on the river side, a cottage garden with swing, a covered & enclosed HOT TUB, as well as a riverside deck, fire pit & two acres of wooded property for leisurely strolls & bird watching.
The house comes complete with all linens, dishes, glassware, silverware, coffee maker, toaster/convection oven, condiments and a barbeque grill with charcoal & lighter furnished. A freshly prepared "BREAKFAST BASKET" is delivered each morning.

From IH 35, take exit 205, Southeast on TX Highway 80, toward Lockhart & Luling. Travel about 5 miles, turn right on FM 1979, go about 1/2 mile, road curves to left, then turn left on Caldwell Co. Road 103 (CC103), go 1/4 mile and turn right on Bella Vista Lane. Go to end of road & turn left.
