We are located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country in the city of Kerrville - a place to relax, enjoy the Guadalupe River, several museums, wineries nearby, annual Arts and Crafts Festival and music festivals, nearby hunting, fishing, biking, horseback riding & canoe, kayak, tube rentals in area. Less than an hour drive to San Antonio, close to Fredericksburg, Boerne, and Bandera (Cowboy Capital of the World). We have a beautiful hilltop view, we offer two separate room rentals that share a common kitchenette, laundry room, dining room, & livingroom area with 52" HDTV, Play Station & surround sound, a game room with pool table, exercise equipment, other games & TV. Outside Hot Tub and outdoor shower, and firepit, BBQ areas are also available. Wireless internet available. Our 'Bronze Room' contains a double bed, balcony with view, satellite TV, sitting area, small refrigerator, private half bath, and secured, shared shower room. Our "Green Room" contains a queen be, satellite TV, sitting area, refrigerator, private half bath, and secured, shared shower room. We also offer Free Southern Hospitality!
