Our time at SONGBIRD MEADOWS was a blessed time of rest and relaxation in the midst of our very busy travel schedule. The cabin was sweetly decorated, nicely stocked, and very comfortable. The personal hospitality that was shown to us was awesome and the hand delivered BREAKFAST BASKETS were such a lovely treat. We were deeply touched as we experienced the PRAYER GARDEN and the FALLEN SOLDIER's MEMORIAL while walking the property. The CHICKADEE COTTAGE has a wonderful view of the open meadow and provides a perfect look at the deer coming to feast each morning and evening. We so enjoyed sitting on our little porch each morning to enjoy our coffee and watch the Hill Country wildlife. We can't wait to enjoy another visit at SONGBIRD MEADOWS. It will definitely be a regular stop when ever we are traveling through the area. Thanks so much for the many ways you blessed us during our stay. Blessings to Patti and Patrick as they minister to those who are brought their way.

Songbird Meadows was a wonderful experience for my girlfriend and me. The little, quaint cabins are extremely clean and comfortable, and the breakfast delivered to your door each morning was a great way to start your day. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. Thank you so much.

My sis and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Songbird Mesdows. The Chickadee Cabin was sooooo sweet! Uniquely decorated with all the comforts of home and the wonderful, cozy bed invited rest and relaxation. The owners are so kind and make you feel welcome and pampered. It was a time that will be added to "my best memories". The setting quickly makes you forget the cares of the world and retreat to a place of getting grounded again. We left feeling so peaceful, and refreshed. My only complaint is that is was hard to leave!! Looking forward to our next stay at Songbird Meadows! Sue & Linda - Round Rock, TX

Songbird Meadows B&B was by far one of the best B&Bs we've stayed in -- and we primarily utilize B&Bs for our travel across all regions of the country. The accommodations were clean, well appointed, and so peaceful! We usually don't visit w the owners, but Pat and Patti, were a breath of fresh air to visit with! Kind and interesting people, whose story makes the stay even more special! As if the stay alone wasn't worth the trip, the breakfast was AWESOME! Can't wait to go back. From, Dallas

This beautiful setting was the perfect get away in the Hill Country! Patti and Patrick have thought of everything to make your stay special. We started the day with nature's show- about 8 deer and jack rabbits and hummingbirds right outside our door. Next, our hosts delivered the most wonderful breakfast to our porch. We enjoyed the trails on the property and our perfect cabin as well. We will come back again!!

Hosts Patti and Patrick at Songbird Meadows put their heart into creating an oasis that is without a doubt, time well spent when visiting. The cottages are clean and comfortable, the property is quiet and serene and the breakfast, well, the breakfast is simply outstanding every morning. Patti and Patrick are eager to address any need that may arise without being intrusive of your stay. The trails around the property have pleasant surprises around every corner which piques curiosity and provides the encouragement to keep exploring . There are many benches along the trails that provide opportunity to stop long enough to take in the surroundings and to see what birds visit each area. There was much thought in developing the birding blind and providing the perfect location, attractions and target distances from which to shoot. During our stay, my wife and I photographed several birds that were new entries on our birding list. We were also fortunate enough to enjoy the calming patter of spring rain on the tin roof. If you want to have a spectacular hot breakfast picnic style while sitting on the porch watching Whitetail deer and Painted Buntings, THIS is your place. As a previous guest, the biggest compliment we can provide our hosts is a return visit. My wife and I are already making our plans for a fall trip. The thought of going back never fails to bring a smile. Scott & Misty

We booked a stay at Songbird Meadows after reading great reviews. This place far exceeded our other recent B&B excursions! We chose the Chickadee cabin after Patti had told us we could see the deer feeding at the feeder from the porch. With coffee in hand and also watching a beautiful sunrise, we watched "8" deer and two fawns come for breakfast! I could go on and tell all about our experiences here.....but just know its all GREAT! We love this place and will definitely be returning! A+
