First I'd like to apologize to Bruce for taking so long to write our review. We stayed for our anniversary on October 11th. We love this place!! From our first view of the lake to the wonderful accommodations we were captivated. The Lakeview cabin is appointed like a spacious apartment with a full kitchen and super comfy living area. The kitchen itself hearkens to yesteryear and filled us with nostalgia. The outdoor area with fire pit and barbeque was a favorite hangout. The innkeeper, Bruce, cooked up some stunning breakfast fare, which we thankfully got the recipes for. All in all, a wonderful and relaxing getaway. We will be trying or best to return in the spring with additional guests. Can't wait to go back!

Tucked away in the woods on the Lake, the cabin and grounds were beautiful. The rooms were very roomy and comfortable. The Lake view was awesome, we had a cool breeze every morning and evening off the water and watching the wildlife was peaceful. The breakfasts were all delicious and more than enough food, the Owner Bruce and his housekeeper were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for peace & quiet and good food. Had a wonderful time with Family & Friends.

this hidden jewel is absolutely one of the hidden treasures of this part of Texas. They are very warm and welcoming and their breakfast is as good as any high dollar resort. Everything was clean and they even provided tables and extras for my group.Rebecca and Bruce go over and beyond every time.Wish we could go every weekend. Can't wait to go again.Great place for a scrapbooking group.
