The Great House at the Lazy T has four private suites surrounding the Great Hall. Breakfast is served at the handmade 12' table each morning in the GH which has a fireplace, games, and gathering area. The Adirondack chairs are great for watching the sunsets and stars.
Peace, quiet, private. Read, rest, relax. The screenhouse tucked away in the trees. Great for wildlife watching.
Cabins living room. Relax in these soft leather recliners in front of the fireplace. Cable has music selections as well as extended TV channels. Great place to take a nap, too!
Cabin kitchen. Enjoy the coffee service supplied as well as champagne and wine glasses are provided. Dishes are there ,too, when you bring back leftovers from a great dinner or fix a snack any time of day.
Cabin bedroom. Deluxe linens on a tempurpedic bed covers with georgeous quilt. Enjoy the ladies vanity with lighter makeup mirror. Large closet and reading lamps.
Suite #1. Beautiful headboard and side tables made of antique tin. The quilt covering the bed is just beautiful with gold embroidery. The tapestry chairs are very comfortable to enjoy the fireplace and tv.
A mini-kitchen is provided in all four suites closely resembling this one. This is Suite #3.
Suite #2 is the folk art room. The quilt on the bed is the most intricate in the house. The love seat is sink-in soft to read, watch tv, and enjoy the fireplace.
Suite #3 has the more western feel. The headboard is an antique hand rail from England. This loveseat feels like sueded leather. The quilt is beautiful browns, reds, and creams.
Suite #4 is warm and inviting in red and greens. The head board is antique doors and wrought iron from England. The quilt has beautiful flowers in the middle. The loveseat is leather and extremely comfortable for reading, tv, and watching the fireplace.
The screen house in the trees always provides a great outdoor moment. Even the floor is screened underneath to keep out the bugs. There are two rocking chairs and a hammock to while away the hours.
One of a million sunsets!!! What a way to prepare for the evening.
Our beautiful 12' handmade table. Jay down the street is an incredible artist in wood. Enjoy your breakfast here and then play some cards in the evening.

Life is better at the Lazy T! If you are looking for sweeping country views from a spacious manor built for today's demanding traveler, then you've found your home away from home. The Lazy T Great House was built in 2008 and is located on 5 1/2 acres just 5 minutes from Main Street. Though you're only moments from Main Street shopping and dining, you'll think you're in a different world. The Great House is home to a large, open great hall which offers a fireplace and a large farm table for catching up or playing a game of cards. Off of the great hall, are four private guest rooms, numbered one through four just like an old hotel. Outdoors, you may stroll the acres or enjoy the 12' x 12' outdoor screenhouse which offers a relaxing hammock and two rocking chairs. There are also three outdoor sitting areas and a 6 person spa. A special little cabin that takes you away from the world was built to be the owners. However, after many, many requests they decided to share. The stars at night will take your breath away and that's right after an awe inspiring sunset over the butte. Once inside, however, it's all about luxury and comfort...and, of course, romance!

My husband and I stayed here this weekend for a much needed getaway! I cannot stop raving about our experience. The proprietor, KK is one of the most gracious hosts we have ever encountered. The accomodations were amazing from the comfortable beds with the softest sheets I have ever slept on to the oversized showers with dual shower heads. Not a detail was missed in the design of this B&B and we will definetly be staying there again soon! I am just trying to figure out how quickly we can get back there! Thank you KK for a wonderful experience! We loved it!! Donna & Bobby

This BnB is the best way to get away for anyone. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed every minute of the stay. KK has the good ol Texas hospitality and she is a wonderful cook. The French Toast with bananas were out of this world. The rooms were very large and sound proof. The TV was a nice touch with plenty of channels to choose from. I would recommend this BnB to anyone. KK has created a great B&B in Fredericksburg. It's just the right size with 1 cottage and 4 suites. Each suite is private, comfortable, clean, and new (the bathrooms are nice). Close to town and quiet! She has thought of everything you may want at a home away from home. The four suites are connected by a dining hall (and sitting area), where breakfast is served. Breakfast and coffee were very good, hardy, and fresh. We met other interesting couples from across Texas. Would also be fun for a girls/mother/daughter weekend.too! Enjoyed the plate of brownies upon arrive Highly Recommended!!

My husband and I stayed at the Lazy T with 3 other couples.......all neighbors.......for a Wine Trail Tour weekend in the Hill Country! We loved every minute of our stay and K K was the ultimate hostess!!! She had brownies made for us when we arrived.........and we had the whole place to ourselves!! And K K's breakfasts each morning were delicious!!!! I still need to get her Bananas Foster French Toast recipe!! The accommodations were terrific.....comfy and cozy.......and the Lazy T is a beautiful place, quiet and serene! We are already planning our next visit to the Lazy T!!!! Thanks, K K!!!!

Everything was wonderful including bed comfort, HUGE shower, beautiful furnishings, fun hot tub, star gazing, great breakfast and treats. We were disappointed that our group (4 couples) was not accomodated with an early breakfast on our last day. It would be also great to have a restaurant recommendation book in the common area. We would like to share our dining experiences with other guests and would have welcomed having others reviews also. Overall, we loved it and will be back!!

If you're looking for some a quiet, relaxing get-away the Lazy T is your place! Scott is a fabulous cook and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed - even treated us to some piano music the first night we arrived. We'll be back!

From Main Street (Hwy. 290) go south on Hwy. 16. 1.2 miles south of town you come to Hwy. 2093. At this light turn right and go approximately 1 mile.
