Built in the late 1800’s, this beautiful little house gives you a chance to spend a weekend just like our original settlers did, but with a lot more luxury. Painstakingly restored, this Sunday House is close to everything Fredericksburg has to offer. The bedroom offers a King size bed and sitting area that opens onto the front porch where you can relax in your rocker and enjoy the day. The bathroom has a wonderful shower and the breakfast area is filled with light so you can enjoy your morning gourmet coffee and pastries. As with all of the All Seasons Collections properties, you will have a luxurious triple sheeted bed with Comphy Sheets, Gilchrist and Soames bath products and Frette towels.

This was a very cute old house, perfect for a couple to stay in. It has convenient parking. It is located on a pretty busy street so we had lots of road noise for most of the night. As an older house, the A/C was not great. We ended up setting it to its lowest setting and by the early morning we were finally comfortable. There is no bathtub, just a tiny shower. There is not enough room to stand directly in front of the water; you have to stand sideways. I'm glad I didn't have to wash my hair during my stay. All Seasons claims a "continental breakfast". This included a jar of raisin bran, a jar of Cheerios, a few danishes and milk,OJ and coffee. Quite disappointing for the price of our stay.
