Located in the Historic district of Fredericksburg, this wonderful cottage sits next to an old 1916 Queen Anne house. For walkers, it is seven blocks from the heart of the town's attractions. The Gingerbread house comes with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee/tea bar and a queen-size comfy bed. The living room is spacious and has cable TV, VCR, DVD player, radio, and CD player. Guests are invited to use the outdoor patio and grill. Parking in front of the guest house is shared by guests and the owner.

From airport, take I 410 West to I 10 North. Stay on I 10 North until 87 North (Comfort Exit.) Turn right (North) on 87 for 22 miles until Fredericksburg. Turn left to center of town.
