Queen Anne B&B and Spa

We had a wonderful time staying in the Aspen room of the Queen Anne B&B. Our room was very charming, keeping with the characteristics of the "Victorian" feel. Would definately stay here again and would recommend the Queen Anne to friends and family.

We were looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway in the Hill Country, and Queen Anne B&B gave us just that. Our room was well appointed and very comfortable; breakfast was delicious and the proximity to Main Street shops is great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great room with a great bed! Ms. Donna, breakfast was delicious. The location was great for exploring th city. Walking is an option while enjoying the weather and Main Street.

Setting a high bar for bed and breakfasts everywhere. The Queen Anne out-does itself in style and amenities. The Caroline Suite is the epitome of luxury with old-school charm. Direct access to patio and the hot tub are just two more things that made this an unforgettable stay. Definitely the place to visit for the perfect weekend getaway.

The check-in process is super simple and streamlined. Our room was clean and ready when we arrived. We will return to this B&B because of the special touches--homemade cookies; a heater (already turned on!) to warm up our bathroom for our snowy January stay; and fresh all-white down-filled linens. The staff was very attentive and always willing to help. Great breakfast!!!

We had a great time getting away for the weekend. I think that this was the perfect place to come. The people were really friendly and the breakfast in the mornings was great!! We also spent some time in the hot tub, which was the perfect way to end a long day. This was the first time we've ever been here, but we will definately be back to stay with y'all again. We had a wonderful stay. The jacuzzi tub was so relaxing and the hot tub was amazing. Everything provided made for a totally comfortable and memorable 29th wedding anniversary. For our first experience at a bed and breakfast, this was superb!!! Beyond our expectations! The room was quiet and quaint and we loved the jacuzzi~ The staff was polite and friendly and very welcoming. A coworker told us the Queen Anne had a great breakfast, and she was right. Being able to start off the day with a hearty breakfast really helped us get going to a day at the winery. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!!

Kaden's Cottage was the perfect place to make our 1st Valentine's special. A private cottage where we could focus solely on each other. Highly recommend for a couple seeking alone time. Hospitality by staf made ur gateway even better.

My wife and I stayed in the Caroline Suite at Queen Anne. It is a beautiful, spacious room complete with a sleep number bed, private patio, and a jacuzzi tub! We LOVED the breakfast here!! It was homemade every morning and ranged from decadent french toast to delicious breakfast quesadillas. We had a delightfully relaxed stay, and would recommend this B&B to anyone!!

Charming beautiful anniversary getaway! A definite return trip is planned is planned--especially during Christmas holidays as the entire town shows its' spirit.

Loved the breakfast!! We stayed over the weekend in Kaden's Cottage and loved it. It has nice privacy. It was nice, peaceful and quiet. Owners are friendly and no problems checking in or out. This place is just a minute away from the Main Street area with all the nice little stores. Overall I would come back and would recommend it an time!!

Awesome stay at Kaden's Cottage. This is our 1st time at a B&B. This place was just what we needed. We loved the private cottage part. This was for our 13th wedding anniversary. We will definately come back and stay soon!

The Madeline suite was beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with courteous staff. Loved the choice of fresh brewed coffee or Keurig coffee. Linen closet across the hall made it easy to get an extra towel as needed. We love historic homes and this was beautiful!!

This B&B is really nice. We loved our beautiful room. The owner also went out of her way to put a vase with a bouquet of a dozen roses in our room before we got there. My husband requested it and they were nice enough to do it! The breakfast is also very tasty. Overall, it is a great place and would love to stay here again!!!!

From check-in to check-out, we experienced exceptional service and always felt the comforts of home. The Aspen room is absolutely beautiful and comes with an oversized bathroom and its' own patio!! The color scheme in the Aspen are wonderful, easy on the eyes and completely relaxing. The service was top-notch--Rosa was VERY attentive and Donna (the owner) immediately and personally addressed our concerns regarding the inclement weather knocking our the electricity. The entire grounds, inclusive of the Aspen, is open, inviting and tranquil. No continental breakfast here!!! It was absolutely wonderful to wake up to the smell of bacon! Honestly, my husband and I got much more than we could have imagined. Thank you for a pleasant and memorable experience. We will be back!!

We happened upon the Queen Anne B&B, not having made reservations anywhere. QA is quite lovely. We were lucky enough to have Kaden's Cottage available for 4 days. It was secluded and private but still connected to the main B&B. Decorated beautifully--was a lovely stay. Breakfast served daily--delicious!! Will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful weekend! Breakfast was delicious and the room was fabulous! We enjoyed the hot tub out back as well as a couple's massage. Perfect way to celebrate our first year married! Will return.

Staying at the Queen Anne B&B was a positive experience for us. Rooms and furnishings are updated to reflect the early 20th century. Plenty of hot water in bathroom. We specifically asked for a room with a shower and got what we wanted. Donna (owner) provided custom breakfasts. We will use Queen Anne in the future.

Queen Anne was just as described on the site. There are pluses and minuses to the B&B experience. The breakfast was wonderful, BUT it forces you to get up early every morning to enjoy it instead of being able to sleep in on your vacation....which I love to do. Most of the homes are pretty old too which is really neat to see except for sometimes the bathrooms are not comfortable and outdated....we really missed having a bathtub in our room, only a shower....although that would be fine for most men. I would pick a different room at Queen Anne if we returned so we have a tub. Another small issue in comparison to a hotel....in a hotel I can set the temp anyway I like it. In this B&B, the temp is set for all the rooms....we had a temp war going on. Unfortunately, I lost...and was super hot every night even with the ceiling fan on. Someone kept it at 72....the hall was cooler than our room. But the beds were super comfy and I would stay there again. One mention is they should provide bottled water...in a hotel you have a bottle of water...and a way to get a bucket of ice, etc....we had 2 wine and 2 water glasses for us in our room, but could not find anything other than tap water...and it was wierd getting ice from their refridgerator when there are notes all over saying to only use the mini guest fridge. Also, we wanted to use the hot tub but there was a cover on it and so we didn't disturb it...disappointing there were no instructions on using it. So ask up front about it when you book.

Great place to stay. Clean accommodations & terrific breakfast. Owner was very cordial and hospitable.

I never expected the enjoyable exprerience my wife and I had. My daughters gave the stay and wine tour as a xmas gift. They did good! We will be back in the future with our daughters and thier families.

Not having stayed at a B&B, we werent sure what to expect. We had a GREAT time! The breakfast was top notch! We got to know the others staying here and had great conversation! We came to stay at Kadens cottage for our honeymoon. After hours of research, we picked kaden and it did not disappoint. we had a beautiful room, privacy, and an enourmous bathtub. What a perfect romantic getaway! I would absolutely recommend Kadens Cottage to anyone.

Queen Anne is quaint and charming bed and breakfast. The surroundings are cozy while being elegant and tastefully furnished. My husband and I found our 2 days very relaxing. the bathroom in the aspen suite is so inviting with the jacuzzi tub. The pillows on our bed oh so soft. We slept peacefully both nights. Loved exploring fredericksburg and Luckenbach is not to be missed. Great Breakfast and very friendly staff.

we thoughtly enjoyed the jetted to tub in the room and hot tub in the back of the cottage. The privacy of having our own cottage away from the main house made our stay almost perfect.

We went to Fredericksburg on a last minute trip for some much needed R&R. We got it! And so much more. The room was great and the breakfast to die for. Much more than we ever expected. They even catered to my fiancee's dietary needs as a vegetarian. Absolutely wonderful stay!

I had a full weekend on my own- what to do? I decided to spend it exploring Fredericksburg and indulging in some long-overdue R&R. I chose the Queen Anne because it offered on-site massage services and I was not disappointed! My masseuse, Wanda, was excellent and my room (the Julia Suite) and meals at the Queen Anne were just what I was hoping for.

The Aspen Room where we stayed was adorable! What an awesome and memorable way to spend our honeymoon. We would definitely stay there again!

Enjoyed my visit. Very peaceful and relaxing. Easy access. Gourmet breakfasts were great I enjoyed all the amenities, gazebo, hot tub and the front porch rocking chairs were perfect place to enjoy my first cup of coffee in the morning.

After driving along the hot Texas roads, we enjoyed our relaxing, anniversary weekend at the Queen Anne B&B in the Madeline. The victorian adorned room was cozy and equipped with all of our needs. We we especially appreciated the hot tub located behind our place. We were even able to walk up and down Main St. from our B&B to get a taste of Fredericksburg, Texas. This is sure to be remembered as a wonderful, romantic weekend.

You couldn't ask for a better experience than the Queen Anne in Fredericksburg, Texas provided. Wonderful accommodations fantastic food and friendly staff are just a few of the fabulous things about the Queen Anne. The bed was the best I have ever experienced, and a great hot tub made the night spectacular!

We had a fabulous 11th anniversary weekend here at the Queen Anne. The facilities were beautiful and clean. The breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings exceeded our expectations and we really enjoyed getting to know the other couples while eating our breakfast. We will definitely return; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a super stay at Queen Anne in the Aspen Suite. The room and bathroom were beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed the local music and dancing as well as the stores in Fredericksburg.

We came to Fredericksburg for a couple of days while the bluebonnets were in bloom and picked Queen Anne off the net. Cost was reasonable,accommodation please, made a very good base for exploring Fredericksburg. Clean, adequately sized room. Checkin very convenient. Breakfast not supplied during week, but a vouch to help cover cost of several restaurants helped there. Enjoyed our stay. One warning- if you have a problem with steps, you will have to deal with a few getting in.

Wonderful little inn tucked away in Fredericksburg, Tx. Beautiful rooms, elegantly decorated. Charming home. The cook (Tierza) was a sheer delight and cooked up an amazing breakfast every morning. Well worth the cost. The only improvement I'd like to see, the place could have been a bit cleaner, the floors like their other property didn't appear to be well vacuumed, there was dust everywhere in my room, but it didn't take away too much from the charm. The house seems a bit eerie when you are there alone as there is no one that lives on the property and the home is located on the outskirts of downtown a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the wonderful downtown area of Fredericksburg. The restaurants and shopping in this area were amazing though. I'd definitely stay here again but hope they read this and take the cleaning more seriously for those of us who prefer a tidy environment.

We had a wonderful time at the Queen Anne. It's a beautiful home and room. Meals were wonderful as well as the referrals to day trips such as Comfort, Texas. This was our Christmas gif to each other, and it was wonderful. I look forward to going back.

From the comfortable bed with soft, warm linens to the whirlpool bath tub to the relaxation massage, our stay satisfied the highest priority of our trip...to relax! Breakfast was excellent and filled us up so much that we only ate small lunches. The hostess was very friendly. We will definitely be back.
