Carriage House features a 1903 two story Victorian home, a charming Cottage, and a luxurious Loft. Several blocks away is Creek Street Cottage. Cozy 1 bedroom cottage with porches, fireplace, large flat screen TV in living and bedroom. Beautifully decorated with all the comforts.

The Cottage was restored in 2006 into a delightful retreat. This spacious one room cottage is tastefully decorated in blue & white against a yellow background. It is furnished with a large white sofa lined with blue & white toile down filled pillows, king size four poster bed, and unusual shabby chic accent pieces. Cozy table and chairs is situated next to the coffee bar which includes coffeemaker, microwave and small refrigerator. Outside the Cottage is a quaint terrace filled with plants, outdoor dining, & outdoor fireplace. The cottage has a tub and shower and sleeps two people.

The Loft is located thru an iron gated arbor and upstairs. Built in 2006, this suite is luxuriously furnished with rich red accents and mellow yellow. The tall pine four poster bed is inviting with a fluffy down filled comforter and pillows. A daybed is tucked off to the side of the room to allow extra sleeping arrangements. A beautiful antique armoire separates the sleeping areas. The over sized sofa is perfect to curl up on. The coffee bar includes coffeemaker, microwave, and small refrigerator. The Loft has a shower and sleeps three people.

This cottage is close to perfection. Quiet setting yet close to everything. Cottage was decorated for Christmas. decorated with exquisite taste. Comfortable and clean. Large covered front porch with swing and rockers as well as a screened in side porch, comfortably furnished...even had 2 bicycles for our use. As close to perfection as one could hope for.

No one would expect to find a more ideal B&B in Fredericksburg. This well-appointed, exceptionally comfortable cottage met our needs and exceeded them. We appreciated the immensely private yet central location - within a short walk to everthing. Bicycles for our use, a screened in porch for leisurely coffee-sipping, rockers and a porch swing- all brought needed relaxation. Our thanks to the proprietors for this gem of a property.
