Located in historic downtown Fredericksburg, Texas just one block south of Main Street & Marketplatz, this quaint Guest House & Cottage offers it's guest a relaxing and full appointed stay. The Main House has are three rooms- Dora Etta, Kitsy Fay & Vera Mae each with their own private bath. The Main House has a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. Sleeps up to 8 guests. The Main House is rented by the complete house with all three rooms for $275.00 weekdays and $295.00. We do have an option to choose a 2-rooms for up to 6 guest and the house for $220.00 weekdays and $240.00 for weekends/Holidays/Special Events per night plus taxes. If you prefer a more private setting, The Cottage @ 202 is nestled in the tress just behind the Main House. The Cottage @ 202 has three single beds with a private bath with shower. Sleeps up to 3 guests. Each room features hand-picked antiques & custom linens designed to provide you with a fabulous night sleep. Wether you are looking for a romantiic getaway, family gathering, or a girls' weekend out, 202 & Cottage @ 202 are just what you need.
