My wife and I stayed one night in the Sleeping Lion Suite at the Davis Mountains Inn in August of 2014. This very nice suite includes a surprisingly spacious bathroom. The lovely, friendly and professional Adriana served us an excellent breakfast. We are very likely to return. Larry & Pamela in San Antonio

Stayed at Southgate lodges "North Forty" on a photo trip. The place was way more than I needed but the price was right. Large rooms, quality furnishings and quiet location in town were all perfect.

Roomy and clean accomodations. Nice and quiet. Great beds.

Spent 4 nights in the Sleeping Lion room. Was very comfortable. Bathroom mirror a little odd since it is in between the two sinks. For a man shaving, he must move away from sink to look into mirror. Loved the jetted tub but must get into tub to turn water on. However these small things would not discourage us from staying there again.

They didn't have the room unlocked when we arrived and had to find key. They baked us a dozen chocolate chip cookies and brought to our house with a sweet note. We had everything we needed with three bedrooms and two baths. It was great for us and our three kids. plenty roomy and close to all the attractions, but quiet.

I recently had the pleasure of spending a few days at the B&B. It gets 5 stars by me for charm, comfort, quality, and hospitality! The inn keepers were friendly and welcoming. I definitely left with a couple more friendships than I arrived with. Breakfast was homemade and something different every morning I was there. The company was friendly as well. I think the inn draws a positive class of people. Homemade cookies in the afternoon. The only thing missing was a chocolate on my pillow. ;) I hope to return again for a relaxing real from my crazy life.

We came to the B&B, being the first time going to one. View was outstanding, loved the water fountain in back, and we pulled a blanket and laid on the grass for hours and walked around barefoot. Hostess was super friendly, very accommodating, and even had breakfast made even though we got up after breakfast was done being served. Only thing, if using GPS, get your route before you run out of cell service. But once you know where it is, it is easily accessible.
