Waits Farm Retreat is on a 45 acre working farm in Dime Box, TX between Bastrop and College Station. We are near College Station, Brenham, Bastrop, Round-Top and Austin. We have two rooms for B&B, but we also host receptions, parties, weddings, and reunions. Our place is perfect for girls' weekends. Your hosts, Clayton & Marsha Waits are retired educators.

My roommate found this place online and thought it would be fun. Coming from someone who was born and raised in the city I was a little reluctant to spend 5 days in the country and on a farm none the less. I could not have been happier! This place was so unbelievably peaceful and serene and the owners Clayton and Marsha were absolutely amazing and now have become part of our little family! They were very welcoming and it didn’t take long for us to invite them to hang out and spend time with us. Two of the best people I’ve met, the grounds were beautiful, the cottage was adorable, just what I needed to relax and get my mind off my hectic city life. We all have decided to now make this a yearly trip and we can’t wait to go back! Thanks again Clayton and Marsha for sharing your home and life with 6 dysfunctional strangers….Love ya!!!!
