The room was quiet and comfortable, loved the privacy. The location was excellent, just a 10 minute walk to the downtown square. I would stay again when I visit Denton

This is gem. Beautiful antiques, and elegant little mansion tucked in beautiful little gardens with private offstreet parking. In a convenient area close to university and the square. The inn keeper, who is an artist, and always available, is friendly and even For example, I had forgotten some articles of clothing, which I left behind in a wardrobe, and he sent them to me by courtier mail. Absolutely gorgeous ensuite bathrooms in the rooms, especially the ones facing the back gardens! A little piece of heritage heaven in Denton.

I did not know what to expect, an Oregonian headed into deep Texas for a Harry Potter wedding. I was in awe, every room I walked into, there was beauty and peace. You can tell that everything is placed perfectly. The staff were AMAZI G! Willing to chat with us and give us plently of recommendations for enjoying the town. By far the best inn I have ever stayed at. Can't wait to go back!

This sweet little B&B was average. Quiet and cute, it met my expectations overall. Parking is limited, rooms are adorable, staff are friendly, and food was excellent! Breakfast exceeded my expectations! The little Italian restaurant next door is amazing! Overall our stay was enjoyable, great for one night.

Sebastian is wonderful! We stayed here while we were house hunting, and he even let us borrow his printer to print a housing contract. We enjoyed our stay.

The food was wonderful! The proprietor and chef were friendly and helpful. After hours entry was hard to figure out at first but, when explained, was very efficient. Housekeeping was not great, not because the room was not made up but because we ran out of toilet paper and washcloths. Overall, it was a positive and enjoyable experience.
