Cancellations:
Any cancellation with less than seven days notice will be charged the full booking price. Large party/whole house reservations: A 50% pre-payment is required at the time of booking your reservation, or at 90 days prior to your arrival date, whichever is less. Large party bookings will also forfeit the entire 50% prepayment deposit in the event of a cancellation made with less than 14 days advance notice. Any cancellation made with more than 14 days advance notice will forfeit only the $25 per room deposit. No shows are charged the full amount of their reservation.
